Don’t Take The Wrong Subject Test
What are the SAT Subject Tests in Mathematics? Perhaps the most misunderstood standardized exam that the College Board offers, the SAT Subject Tests in Mathematics test more difficult material than the SAT Reasoning Test does. These Subject Tests are primarily designed for students who are going into fields related to Mathematics, Computer Sciences and the Natural Sciences.
Contrary to popular belief, students should NOT take both the Level 1 (easier) and Level 2 (harder) exams. Students should consider the mathematics they’ve learned in school and compare that to the subject matter on both tests before deciding.
Our one-on-one tutoring, offered both in-office and online is designed to reinforce mathematics skills used on the SAT Reasoning Test and practice skills that appear on the SAT Subject Test that the student chooses to take. Students will encounter this material in the same way that they will encounter it on the actual exam – which is often very different from what they’ve seen in school – if they’ve seen it at all!
Books We Work With
Students will complete problems from multiple previous exams. Our one-on-one tutoring for these exams requires The Official SAT Subject Tests in Mathematics Levels 1 & 2 Study Guide produced by the College Board, which will be provided by College Planning Partnerships.

Tutoring starts at $80/hr. and we always meet for a period of 90 minutes
